  • If the project has not yet begun, or if you cancel the project before we commence work.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Prepaid services or deposits for custom work are non-refundable after the work has started.
  • Services related to website hosting, domain registration, or ongoing maintenance.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@bridgetsarah.com within 14 days of the purchase date. Provide your order details, and we will review your case. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 30 days.
